We aim to ship your item within 2 working days of receiving your order.
International Shipments are carried with the Irish Postal Service, An Post. An Post provide a prompt and efficient service ensuring your item(s) will make it to you safely and as quickly as possible. Pricing is based on weight and our customers enjoy a special discount due to our frequent dealings with the Post Office. Because we pass the shipping charges on to you at cost price we cannot offer shipping discounts to customers purchasing more than one item. We therefore offer a price reduction of 10% on the purchase of any second non-sale item for our international customers.
Shipment within Ireland is done through our local courier service which offer us a special rate throughout Ireland and we are happy to pass these savings on to our Irish customers. They charge €8 for delivery anywhere in Ireland. Customers should note that the fee of €8 covers approx a dozen items (up to 18kg). A further charge of €8 covers the next 18kg. This is of great benefit to our Irish customers considering purchasing more than one item./
Privacy & Security
Our ecommerce store uses the latest security technology and is hosted with Americas leading hosting provider - hostmonster.com. Customers can pay by entering their credit card details onto our secure system. Customers should note that we immediately remove all credit card details from our database as soon as the order is received. Once the payment is processed we destroy all related data permanently - just in case. Returns & Replacements
We are happy to say that we have never before had to deal with the situation of a Returned Item. Due to the nature of our pieces (bronze) and the quality of our packaging - it is highly unlikely that your order will be damaged in transit. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please let us know and we wil make every effort to correct the situation and make you happy.
Payment Options
As mentioned in the Privacy & Security Section, we accept standard credit and debit card payments (visa, mastercard and american express). Payments are processed offline and all credit card details are destroyed immediatley upon recieving an order.
We also offer the option of payment through Paypal. Paypal is the Internet's leading and most secure payment gateway. If you are a member it allows you to pay straight from your bank account to ours. Paypal also enables non-member to pay for items securely using their credit or debit card through their trusted interface.
Reseller accounts
If you are an approved reseller of our products and wish to place a large order then please first email us at support@irishcelticartstudio.com. We will issue you with a special coupon code that will allow you to avail of our reseller prices. You will also have the option to pay by purchase order.
